About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the technical delivery of a transformational project at Auto & General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing dependencies and risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead relationship building and quick decision-making to drive project success.
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans for our teams.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize impact.
  • Develop and share project reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve conflicts and challenges.
  • Manage team capacity and demand to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Keep teams focused on priorities aligned with our strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with business and customer groups to drive project success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and waste reduction.
  • Address people challenges with leadership support.
  • Present project updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate production releases as needed.
  • Handle special projects and duties as assigned.
  • Celebrate successes and promote high performance.
  • Coach and mentor team members through goal setting and feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong grasp of key project management concepts.

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Desirable
  • Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Postgraduate degree in Information Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in financial or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of both traditional and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps).
