About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Analysis Manager to join our Delivery & Enablement team. As a key driver of business analysis excellence, you will lead a dedicated team of Business Analysts and provide guidance in gathering, validating, and documenting complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the direction of our business analysis practice, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Analysts, setting objectives and providing career development guidance.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis artefacts for use across projects and initiatives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Ensure the quality of all processes, activities, and outputs produced by the Business Analysis team.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications, such as CBAP, are highly regarded.
  • Extensive expertise in business analysis processes and activities, including workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and various software development processes.
  • Experience working with different project delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
