The Role

  • You will provide product and service purchasing guidance for the entire ICT department, including input into scope of work definitions for new contracts.
  • Your commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values is essential.

In addition, you will:

  • Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Model inclusive behaviours and create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued;
  • Enhance ICT vendor contract performance by managing all contacts through their lifecycle;
  • Maintain contractual compliance by working collaboratively with colleagues;
  • Make recommendations for cost savings and/or contractual optimisation by monitoring and analysing trends across a broad view of all ICT contracts.
