Aluminium Value Chain Advisor Role

We are seeking an Aluminium Value Chain Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing opportunities to drive sustainable value creation across the aluminium value chain.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with cross-functional teams to frame client problems, gather and manage data, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.

You will take ownership of work plans, setting specific and achievable milestones, while displaying initiative to overcome obstacles and respond effectively to changes in direction.

Your strong analytical skills, coupled with your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, will enable you to present recommendations and findings to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. You will have extensive experience in the aluminium industry, preferably in a refinery or smelter environment, with a focus on value chain management.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent leadership skills, enabling you to guide cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
