Packaging Machine Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Packaging Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Fuse Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in operating and maintaining packaging machinery to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure optimal performance, identifying any issues or anomalies that may affect production quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns, ensuring all necessary tools and materials are available.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues as they arise, escalating more complex problems to the relevant technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly to management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times, promoting a culture of health and safety within the workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, communicating effectively and providing support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a packaging environment, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
