This exciting management role involves leading the customer experience team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, build meaningful connections, and drive engagement across all sections of the council. Reporting to Direction Shire Connections, you will bring your ideas, energy, and customer-first mindset to provide ongoing leadership, strategic direction, management, and coordination.
