Customer Experience Leadership Opportunity

The Customer Experience Team is seeking a strategic leader to drive customer satisfaction, build meaningful connections and enhance engagement across the organisation.

  • Develop and implement customer service programs and initiatives to improve service levels and ensure standards are met.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of customer experience professionals, providing coaching mentoring and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional services and achieve organisational goals.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term customer service strategies and plans that align with the vision and objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree-level qualification and extensive experience in customer-facing roles or service delivery.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills including staff development performance management and budget planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly developed strategic thinking project management and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented projects.
Preferred Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications or certification in a relevant field.
  • Class C Drivers Licence and/or other relevant licences.
