Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Case Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers to recover and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to injured workers and employers, ensuring timely and personal support throughout the claims process.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring compliance with legislation and guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes for stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and insurance providers.
- Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, providing options and guidance on claims, entitlements, and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular reviews, case conferences, and face-to-face meetings with clients as required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a medical or corporate setting.
- Experience in managing claims in the workers compensation scheme or Safety Rehabilitation Act (SRC) is advantageous.
- A strong empathetic approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder engagement.
- Commitment to supporting injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
