- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Procure and manage consultants and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct financial tracking, risk management, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present written reports to clients, highlighting project progress and outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in development, infrastructure, or project management. You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, property economics, development, town planning, or architecture.
- Requirements:
- 1-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
