We are seeking a highly skilled Development & Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our advisory group, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to clients across various sectors, including education, arts, sports, and recreation, property, utilities, transport, and health.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Procure and manage consultants and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct financial tracking, risk management, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present written reports to clients, highlighting project progress and outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in development, infrastructure, or project management. You will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, property economics, development, town planning, or architecture.

  • Requirements:
  • 1-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in project delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
