Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a stable work history, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Payroll for salaried staff, leave entries, and adjustments
  • Low-volume but high-value accounts receivable invoice generation and allocation
  • Full-function accounts payable including coding, supplier reconciliations, expense management, and payments
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Journals, balance sheet recs, and other month-end preparation tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Month-end experience as a Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working in a blue-collar environment
  • Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm hours (with some flexibility)
