The role involves generating opportunities and supporting customers on construction sites by presenting solutions and capabilities. You will be a trusted partner to various clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless process from concept to delivery.

  • Provide technical sales support to customers and internal teams.
  • Identify business opportunities by engaging with clients and assessing their needs.
  • Develop and present solutions, quotes, and technical data to assist customers in decision-making.
  • Visit construction sites to meet customers, gather information, and create innovative temporary works solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate innovative temporary works solutions.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and provide on-site support, ensuring safe and effective use of products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in temporary works solutions.

We are looking for a technical sales or engineering professional with a similar background, ideally 2 years' experience in a similar role. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential, as well as experience in construction, industrial, or structural engineering, or related product solutions.

The ideal candidate will be happy to travel to various construction sites, able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
