About the RoleThe Zero Harm Manager will play a pivotal role in creating, revising and improving ways of working that enable teams to operate efficiently while maintaining management system compliance for all parties.This role has a strategic and consultant-style partnering focus ensuring program activities, milestones and outcomes across the program are tracked, communicated and used to drive continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying opportunities for improved ways of working framing tactical improvement plans and influencing key stakeholders to deliver sustainable change.
  • Providing advice and input throughout the project lifecycle aligning to respective targets and objectives of our organization and client.
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Health Safety and Environment professional with a strong background in high-risk industries preferably construction infrastructure utilities energy resources or heavy industry.The successful candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in client-facing roles with the ability to win trust build relationships and advocate for program outcomes.
  • Experience operating in a partnering/consultant-style role providing solutions and demonstrating value creation.
  • A track record of developing implementing and embedding contemporary safety systems.
  • A high level of problem-solving with the ability to manage complex issues.
