Senior Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Program Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a major rollout project within the utilities sector.

This position offers the chance to work with a high-performing team, leveraging your expertise in governance and project financials to drive overall program success.

The Role
  • Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Provide high-quality project support, including documentation, governance reporting, scheduling, and administration
  • Take ownership of program financials, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and cost tracking
  • Partner with program leads to engage stakeholders across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Oversee dependencies, milestones, risks, and deliverables with attention to detail
  • Contribute ideas to strengthen systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
  • Lead and deliver smaller project initiatives with autonomy
