At the core of our business, we prioritize partnerships that drive mutual growth and success. As a Trade Partner Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with vendors/sub-contractors within our Trade Partner Engagement Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead trade partner pre-qualification assessments to ensure seamless partnership establishment.
  • Identify areas for improvement in trade partner performance and processes, driving targeted enhancements.
  • Develop and implement training programs for trade partners, tracking progress and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a Vendor Management System (VMS).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain Management or Procurement degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in vendor relationship management, procurement, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with VMS software.
