Business Partner Development Manager

We are seeking a Trade Partnership Specialist to drive business partnerships between our organization and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate pre-qualification assessments for trade partners.
- Identify and drive improvements in trade partner performance and processes.
- Manage trade partner training programs and track progress.
- Support the implementation of a Vendor Management System.
- Coordinate reviews and ensure trade partner compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in vendor relationship management, procurement or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Vendor Management Systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
