Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day fund operations, including investor and third-party interactions;
  • Prepare periodic Net Asset Value calculations, year-end financial statements, and regulatory reports;
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements;
  • Support senior officers and managers in delivering quality work to clients;
  • Liaise with tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during new fund setups;
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by senior officers or clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and newly qualified/partially qualified accountant (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA);
  • Desirable: prior experience in financial services, particularly with alternative investment funds;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Team spirit and ability to work independently;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure;
  • Maturity, attention to detail, and high IT literacy;
  • Knowledge of eFront and Yardi systems advantageous;
  • Open to applications from fresh graduates.
