Job Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious firm renowned for serving the world's top hedge fund managers, private equity firms, and corporations.

You will contribute to a growing practice, handling high-quality matters while being supported by a highly successful and collaborative team.

The role involves advising global clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products. This includes reviewing transaction documentation from an Irish law perspective across various structures and jurisdictions.

  • Advise clients on structuring, establishing, and operating fund products.

  • Prepare, draft, and negotiate fund documentation and agreements.

This role requires strong academic background, excellent written communication and drafting skills, and outstanding technical expertise. You will also be required to build relationships with clients and colleagues, thriving in a team environment.

Requirements
  • 3-6 years' PQE in investment funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong academic background with exceptional written communication and drafting skills.
