Job Title: AI Governance Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will work with our team to help clients solve data, analytics, and AI problems.

  • Define, design, build, and/or deliver AI Solutions, Enablement, and Governance working hands-on with clients and team members.
  • Deliver great client outcomes on Data & AI projects in commercial and non-commercial environments.
  • Conduct assessments to identify AI risks, mitigation controls, and make strategic governance recommendations.
  • Lead a stream of work, overseeing team outcomes, and having a good understanding of business context.
  • Help define project details, including sprint outcomes and coordinating team rhythm.
  • Influence and build trust with mid-senior client stakeholders.
  • Distill complex concepts into business-friendly language and recommendations.
  • Present verbally and in writing for executive level, both technical and non-technical.
  • Stay across AI legislation and industry standards, sharing implications with clients and internal teams.

This role is instrumental in creating a prominent brand in the market associated with Data & AI offerings and helping to elevate the team.

Requirements:
  • Extensive consulting experience as a seasoned consultant.
  • A strong background in working on data & AI projects in commercial environments and managing projects with many moving parts.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment and compliance frameworks and the ability to analyze models detecting potential ethics, bias, security, or privacy concerns.
  • Proven experience in providing actionable recommendations for the responsible use of AI and data to create business value and support strategic outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including building well-crafted visuals to illustrate a compelling message.
  • Solid experience in technical writing and preparing clear & concise documentation for various audiences.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of technical detail.
  • Good knowledge of how data, analytics, and AI can enable a business to grow and gain competitive advantage.
  • An adaptable approach and comfort with ambiguity to provide guidance to clients on scope and direction.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starting attitude, being hands-on, and knowing how to find answers and work with ambiguity.

  • Genuine passion for and connection to the data, analytics, and AI community.
