You will play a critical role in shaping the future of banking by driving customer experience transformation through AI-driven solutions.

  • Tackle complex problems from technical design to production, translating requirements into solid engineering deliverables and delegating work effectively.
  • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI tools and partner with squads to support real-world testing and analysis.
  • Deliver solutions that drive impact across teams and products.
  • Develop architectural standards and contribute to discussions on technology evolution.
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain high-quality codebases, and assist in documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies.
  • Cultivate skills in emerging technologies like Gen AI, LlamaIndex, and Agentic AI systems.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading large-scale engineering initiatives.
  • Expertise in AI/ML applications and their integration into software engineering processes.
  • Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
  • A keen interest in researching new AI tooling and experimenting with AI coding assistants.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills with a passion for upskilling engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate them into workflows.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and iterative experimentation.
