  • As a seasoned professional, you will be at the forefront of innovation, working with emerging technologies to support our strategy through world-class engineering capability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly tackle the largest and most complex problems in the team, from technical design to production.
  • Translate requirements into solid engineering deliverables, delegating work to squad members.
  • Rapidly experiment with emerging AI assisted engineering tools, and partner effectively with engineering squads across the organization to support real-world testing and analysis.
  • Deliver solutions that are used by other teams and products.
  • Routinely tackle complex architecture challenges and define architectural standards.
  • Contributing to architectural discussions and propose improvements, role modeling standards and best practices.
  • Actively participating in code reviews, maintain high quality code bases and assist in documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • Work on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies.
  • Coaching and mentoring Engineers in the team.

We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex engineering initiatives. Additionally, expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI applications and how they can enhance software engineering processes to improve productivity is required. Experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex, LangChain, or similar frameworks and Agentic AI systems using AutoGen, SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or similar frameworks is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in researching new AI tooling and be a daily user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Continue, GitHub CoPilot, Aider, Cline, etc. Knowledge of Anthropic Claude, Llama, LiteLLM, Cursor, windsurf / Codeium, VO Vercel, Continue, Aider, Cline, Langchain, Langgraph, Hugging Face will be highly advantageous. Furthermore, experience in developing applications using .NET framework, JavaScript frameworks (Next JS), APIs and databases such as Aurora is highly beneficial.
