Job Overview

The Knowledge Manager has overall responsibility for the library service, including:

- Financial and managerial responsibility.

- Procurement of all knowledge and library resources.

- Management of staff who are based in healthcare agencies to support patient care and clinical research.

- Working closely with the management team to develop the future direction of the library service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a high-quality, evidence-based library service to support the clinical, educational, research and public health needs.
  • Work closely with staff and other stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Manage processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
