Our company is seeking a skilled Contract Coordinator to manage various aspects of our construction projects. This role will involve coordinating with project teams, analyzing budgets and cash flows, and preparing reports as required. To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying, and will have previous experience working on industrial projects with values over $20 million. Additionally, they should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, consultants, and external third parties.Key responsibilities of the Contract Coordinator will include:• Participating in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.• Supporting project procurement through tender activities and managing all contract documentation for the project.• Analyzing budgets and cash flows, and preparing reports as required to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.• Attending site to assess and verify progress claims, and managing internal and external relationships to ensure project success.
