Construction Project Coordinator Job

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our large-scale infrastructure projects. Your primary focus will be on preparing and issuing tender packages effectively, negotiating and preparing contracts for award, and evaluating variation claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue tender packages to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts for award, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Evaluate variation claims, assessing them for review and approval by senior management.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
