This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage analytical and data-driven skills to inform strategic product planning and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in merchandise planning, with expertise in managing key performance indicators, optimising stock levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver trading actions and align business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the merchandise planning team to develop and implement effective product strategies, driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish budget plans and re-forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with overarching business financial plans.
  • Contribute to the development of category strategies, balancing profitability, customer satisfaction, and optimal stock levels.
  • Provide regular updates on key performance indicators, including sales, stock, profit, and last year's performance, to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform product planning and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Merchandise Planning role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.
  • Experience in ecommerce is essential, with a strong understanding of digital channels and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
