Our team is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to lead our end-to-end production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production function across multiple regions, overseeing all stages from design handover to bulk production.
  • Liaise closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production with market timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating costs, lead times, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality control standards and ethical sourcing requirements.
  • Solve production issues proactively and facilitate smooth cross-border communication.
  • Provide leadership to the production team and drive continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in production management within the women's fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and quality control.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills - fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working with offshore factories, preferably in China.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team.
