Expert Commercial Mortgage Valuer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Valuer to join our team. As a key member of our National Mortgage Valuations team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality valuation and advisory services across the Australian commercial mortgage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover a diverse range of metropolitan areas across the states.
  • Handle commercial, industrial, and retail property valuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier bank clients.
  • Utilize a leading valuation platform for seamless delivery and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Member of the API and Registered Valuer, with 2 to 5 years of experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness in strategy formulation and execution.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for informed business decisions.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
