Senior Asset Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our organization and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic asset management frameworks.
About the Job- We are seeking an experienced Asset Strategist to operationalize, review, and update our Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF) ensuring it remains relevant and effective in improving the use of current asset data and developing new approaches for collection, analysis, and application of asset data.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the SAMF aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on asset management strategies and best practices to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze asset data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of asset management initiatives.
- Tertiary qualification in asset management, business, real estate, land economics, development, valuation, urban planning, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in strategic asset management, preferably in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a national police clearance prior to being employed. Some intrastate travel may be required. Subject to organizational changes, some staff supervision and/or line management may be required.
