Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partner agencies. This includes receiving and responding to communication linked to service issues, new business, change requests, billing, and reporting enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new and existing agency partnership business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing service requests, proposals, and customer journey maps.
  • Research and compile partner agency relationship management information to support decision-making.
  • Manage partner agency portfolios, including preparing for and attending meetings to support ongoing service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain information from management information systems to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, financial, and audit requirements.
  • Report on service performance, trends, risks, and issues, and ongoing service delivery improvement opportunities.
