Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Client Services Manager.

This role involves liaising with potential clients and their families, conducting facility tours, explaining costs associated with entry to aged care, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and sales of Refundable Accommodation Deposits, while providing support to the State Manager Client Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase occupancy levels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in Sales (and/or) Customer Service
  • Previous Business Development experience (desirable)
  • Ability to relate to ageing clients and families at a stressful time
  • Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
  • Must be solution-focused
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
  • Current Police Clearance and Statutory Declaration
  • Current Drivers Licence
