Key Role for Growth & Retention

The Customer Success Lead oversees a team, managing a portfolio of customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities Include
  • Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding for activation.
  • Monitor customer health scores, usage data and trends to drive engagement.
  • Drive retention, expansion revenue and upsells by demonstrating value.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement action plans.

As a successful Customer Success Lead, you will be experienced in SaaS Customer Success with at least 3+ years in a Customer Success role within a SaaS company.
