Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sharepoint Records Integration Specialist to undertake a 6-12 month project.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ICT projects and experience in working with Sharepoint, HPE Content Manager, TRIM, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Project Manager on this high-profile engagement.
  • Coordinating and facilitating the exchange of information amongst stakeholders.
  • Performing data extraction activities from HPE Content Manager 9 using Print Merge and DataPort.
  • Engagement with end users, vendors, and ICT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Providing assistance to end users on the mapping of SharePoint online.
  • Cleaning up records data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Working closely with the project team to follow up processes, checking, and reporting on progress.
  • Conducting research and analysis and reporting back to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • A high level of computer literacy (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, Content Manager 9 or HPE Records Manager 8) is essential for success in this role.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience in communicating and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently to determine and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously and managing competing demands.
  • Ability to self-start and follow directions from the Project Manager.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to re-prioritise and respond to unforeseen issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain Baseline Clearance.
