Job Description
  • Translate prototype hardware products into manufacturing - pre-production, pilot, and mass production.
  • Manage relationships with contract manufacturers, fostering proactive communication and ensuring commercial alignment.
  • Identify and address issues in product design, manufacturing, and assembly processes early on.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a related field with prior working experience with electronics contract manufacturers - SMT and Box Build.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechatronic, manufacturing, industrial, electronics).
  • Strong project management skills, including experience managing remote teams.
