Job Summary

This role involves leading a small manufacture team to ensure the assembly and repair of products with high quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in equipment repair process and warranty assessment.

About the Role

- Lead a team to prioritize work assignments and resolve daily challenges to achieve desired outcomes.

- Champion a safe and collaborative team environment that fosters company values and mission.

- Manage workshop operations to ensure efficient team performance and adherence to quality and safety processes.

- Monitor product manufacturing run times to improve sprint workload accuracy.

- Conduct quality control inspections of incoming goods and record results in the quality management system.

- Manage the movement and evaluation of defective items into the manufacturing quarantine location.

- Perform and coordinate test equipment calibration as per schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

About You

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Electronic Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of team leadership or workshop management experience.
  • Experience in equipment repair process and warranty assessment.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards.
  • Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management System framework.
