The Role:
  • Provide timely and commercially astute legal support to our capital projects teams, ensuring we deliver world-class infrastructure while effectively managing risk and achieving smart outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal providers to deliver advice and documentation across various legal areas, with a focus on construction contracts and commercial agreements.
Your Responsibilities:
  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of construction and commercial contracts, including consultancy agreements, supply and services contracts, and novation agreements.
  2. Deliver commercially focused legal advice to support project delivery and minimize risk.
  3. Manage external legal providers and support the defense of third-party claims and litigation.
  4. Present legal updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to legal precedent development, process improvement, and internal policy creation.
  6. Support broader compliance and risk management efforts across our airports.
About You:
  • You're a confident and results-driven legal professional with 5-8 years of post-admission experience, either in-house or within private practice.
  • You bring solid front-end construction contract experience and enjoy working closely with project and commercial teams to achieve results.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are known for being pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
