Workshop Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic to lead our workshop team. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance and engineering tasks to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong leadership presence, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Control and coordination of daily workflow
    • Ensure safety standards and company policies are adhered to
    • Maintain appropriate records and documentation
    • Provide staff management for the engineering section
    • Order stock and maintain stock levels at a cost-effective level
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for leadership and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' post-trade experience in a leadership role
  • Experience on Bus & Coach chassis preferred
  • Knowledge of Occupational, Health and Welfare Act and application to the workplace
  • Possession of a current HR or higher-class vehicle licence
  • Possession of or willing to obtain PTD
  • Record-keeping and office administration skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
