Transformative Role in Trade Finance Operations

CommBank's Business, Institutional & Market Operations (BIMO) business is seeking a highly skilled Trade Finance Operations Director to contribute to our strategic transformation program. This role will drive Trade Finance Operations and BIMO's vision by partnering with multiple business stakeholders to deliver projects, changes, and transformation on time and to a high quality standard.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and drive a variety of change projects focusing on Trade Finance Operations.
  • Partner and collaborate across multiple business stakeholders to deliver project, change, and transformation.
  • Document requirements, lead migration for operations, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user stories.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Global Markets, Treasury, or Trade Finance product knowledge.
  • Experience in delivery and driving change across multiple lines of business.
  • Strong history of thinking strategically and challenging existing processes.
  • Knowledge in Trade Finance processes, the trade settlement process, and documentation systems used internationally.
