Senior Claims Assessment Specialist

You will work within a client-focused team to meet the needs of our clients in relation to compensation claims under various acts.

The role is centred around delivering quality outcomes for internal and external stakeholders, requiring respect and empathy for the unique needs of the veteran community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a caseload of claims, including commencing claims, requesting necessary information, maintaining records, and finalising claims.
  • Provide operational support and advice to Team Leaders and contribute to business planning, evaluation, and reporting on organisational goals.
  • Contribute to continuous business improvement in a constructive and collaborative manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Pre-engagement screening check for applicants.
