ABOUT LEGAL AID NSW

THE OPPORTUNITY
In a nurturing environment, you will be instrumental in facilitating the successful delivery of both virtual and in-person educational experiences within the Connected Learning Centres. Your exceptional customer service skills and proactive approach will be essential in aiding our learners and ensuring the smooth operation of the Centre. With strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, you will effectively manage various daily tasks.

ABOUT YOU
You will thrive in a collaborative setting, playing a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience within the Connected Learning Centres. Your high level of customer service and positive demeanor will be vital in supporting our learners and the overall functioning of the Centre. With excellent time management and analytical skills, you will adeptly handle competing priorities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate IV in a relevant field or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
2. Willingness to work occasional shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on scheduling needs.

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an educational context
• Strong and adaptable communication skills
• Ability to quickly adjust to changes
• Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
