Strategic Litigation Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Litigation Leader to manage significant legal cases with scheme-wide impact. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert legal advice on complex legislative matters and oversee the management of the Scheme Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and report on significant legal cases.
  • Provide legal advice on legal risks, trends, and legislative interpretation.
  • Manage the Scheme Legal team.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with key legal and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to legislative updates and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Laws, a current Practising Certificate, and at least 5 years PAE experience.
  • Extensive experience in South Australian workers compensation and dispute management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
