Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our national statutory compensation management team.

This dynamic role will provide the opportunity to gain access to direct Partner supervision and involvement in a range of litigation matters from the onset.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and representation in matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and, on occasion, in the Court of Appeal (SA).

You will be part of a team that handles statutory compensation matters for the statutory insurer, ReturnToWorkSA and its claims agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technically excellent advice in a timely manner;
  • Engage in litigation work early in your career;
  • Contribute to a range of matters under direct Partner supervision;

  • Possess sound time management skills;
  • Be confident individuals who are comfortable with oral advocacy at conciliation and directions;
  • Be good team players who appreciate the importance of collegiality and collaboration;
