With 115 inpatient rehabilitation beds, our hospital has been designed to promote rehabilitation through comprehensive inpatient programs.

Your Role:

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse at Lady Davidson Private Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care to individuals or groups under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include administering medications according to state law and organizational policy, collaborating with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, adhering to established standards and guidelines
  • Administer medications according to state law and organizational policy
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA
  • Working with Children check (if relevant)
  • Enrolled Nurse qualification in Monitoring and Administering IV Medications
  • Advanced level of clinical skills (desired)
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
