HR Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain hands-on experience with new and emerging HR technologies.
  • Grow your capability while working across diverse business units and complex industries.
  • Learn and work with innovative tools beyond SuccessFactors, including Qualtrics, Power BI and OpenText.
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, Payroll, and IT to troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR systems or support roles - SuccessFactors is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A business-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.
