">This is a full-time opportunity to lead our Out-of-School Hours Care (OSHC) services in Engadine. Key responsibilities include developing programs, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with National Quality Framework regulations, and mentoring a team.
">About the RoleThe successful candidate will have knowledge and understanding of all relevant legislation and commitment to EEO, Access & Equity principles. They will also have 1 year leadership experience in a school, aged care or education centre, experience in planning, delivering and evaluating programs for children aged 5-12 within a care or education setting, Diploma or Certificate IV in Children's Services, OSHC or Recreation, or Degree or Diploma in Primary Teaching and First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis management certification.
