Supply Chain Capability Leader

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Capability Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our supply chain professionals.

Your primary focus will be on designing, delivering, and embedding learning initiatives that drive operational excellence and support our business objectives. You will work closely with site leaders and subject matter experts to develop training content and ensure it is aligned with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and priorities.
  • Designing and rolling out onboarding programs, SOPs, and competency frameworks.
  • Developing engaging training content for technical, compliance, and leadership capability.
  • Managing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking progress and reporting on impact.
  • Partnering with operational leaders, SMEs, and external providers to align training with strategic goals.
  • Driving continuous improvement, embedding best practice and supporting operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a learning and development or training role, ideally within FMCG or supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs and managing LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • A passion for capability building and creating a positive, safety-first culture.
