Supply Chain Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a Supply Chain Learning and Development Professional to design, deliver and embed learning and development programs across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and priorities.
  • Design and roll out onboarding programs, SOPs and competency frameworks.
  • Develop engaging training content for technical, compliance and leadership capability.
  • Manage and optimise our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking progress and reporting on impact.
  • Partner with operational leaders, SMEs and external providers to align training with strategic goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement, embedding best practice and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in a learning and development or training role, ideally within FMCG or supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering training programs and managing LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • A passion for capability building and creating a positive, safety-first culture.
