Dean of Middle Years Position Overview

The College is seeking a visionary and accomplished educator to serve as the Dean of Middle Years, leading a pivotal stage in the students' learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for Years 7–9, aligned with the College's Franciscan ethos and priorities.
  • Lead innovative teaching and learning practices to enhance student outcomes.
  • Integrate academic care with wellbeing programs to foster resilience and high expectations.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support transitions.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop staff within a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. They will have a proven track record of driving educational innovation and excellence, and be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
