You'll mentor educators, lead improvement plans, and foster a supportive learning environment that nurtures children and builds strong relationships with families.Key ResponsibilitiesLead curriculum development and ensure alignment with the EYLF and NQFGuide and support educators in planning and delivering programs.Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff, promoting best practices in early childhood educationMonitor and assess the quality of educational practices within the centre and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditationCollaborate with the Director of Education to implement improvement plans based on evaluations and feedbackBuild positive relationships with families, encouraging their involvement in the educational processCommunicate regularly with families about their children's progress and program initiativesLead regular team meetings to discuss program planning and staff development, foster collaboration that encourages sharing of ideas and practicesAbout YouYou are a passionate leader in early childhood education, with a deep commitment to quality teaching and learning.
You're a proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in team settings and inspires excellence in others.
