Education and Business Leader\

We are seeking a full-time Education and Business Leader for our centre. This exciting role offers the right candidate the opportunity to combine their passion for educating youth with leadership, sales, and management skills.

\

As an Education and Business Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of tutors, interacting daily with students and parents, and reporting to the centre owner.

\
Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage a team of around 15 highly engaged tutors
  • Interact daily with motivated students and their parents
  • Report to and receive support from the centre owner
\
Requirements:\
  • Passion for education
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Charismatic and articulate
  • Intrinsic enjoyment of working with children
  • Sales experience is highly regarded
\

Working Hours:\
