We are seeking a seasoned Reporting Analyst to join our Operational Excellence team at South East Water. As a key member of our Customer Experience Group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality operational reporting that supports our team in achieving optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality reporting to facilitate informed planning and decision-making with a strong focus on operational performance and activities.
- Understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional reporting and data solutions.
- Undertake efficient design and development of reporting outputs that provide actionable insights to our Customer Experience team.
- Undertake analysis, synthesis, and visualization of data from various sources and prepare Power BI and other reports.
- Develop and maintain reporting governance and documentation to ensure reliable and accurate data for our team.
- Connect and guide users in the use of the reporting suite to promote self-sufficiency and reporting capability uplift.
- Provide user support to our Customer Experience team, including investigation and resolution of problems in reporting outputs.
- Minimum of three years' experience in data visualization and reporting, using Microsoft Power BI or other related reporting and analytics tools.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (Advanced).
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to present complex datasets in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and achieve milestones and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and receive meaningful feedback and work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of data governance, management, security, and privacy.
- Ability to simplify complexity and translate it effectively into reporting and communication.
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
