Job Title: Alliance Manager Properties

 

We are seeking a Property Strategist to provide high-quality advice and support our decision-making processes.

This role will establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead the activities of our properties team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our owned properties and leased facilities to a high standard, administering leases and licenses, and improving our property portfolio revenue and profitability.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining operations within the properties team and delivering our Commercial Property Strategy.
  • Managing occupancy rates of existing premises to meet business objectives.
  • Developing and recommending asset management strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Ensuring all property transactions are coordinated appropriately and to standard.
  • Providing strategic direction to the properties team, including policy determination, budgetary control, and project initiation.
